CPI Holdings Public Ltd - Interim Results June 30, 2013

We wish to inform you that, at the meeting held on August 29th 2013, the Board of Directors of CPI Holdings Public Ltd examined and approved the Unaudited Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the six months ended 30 June 2013

The Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap.113, and of the Cyprus Securities and Stock Exchange Laws and Regulations

The Condensed Consolidated Income Statement with the Interim Management Statement for the six months ended June 30, 2012 will be published on August 30th 2013 in the newspaper " Politis".

Copies will not be posted to the shareholders but will be available free of charge at the Company's registered office, Spyros Kyprianou 57, Office 102, 6051 Larnaca, tel 24661192 and in electronic format at the Cyprus Stock Exchange website www.cse.com.cy.
