Regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission Nicosia, CYPRUS Co-Founder, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the abovementioned Cyprus Investment Firm licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to deal in global brokerage activities, asset management and corporate advisory. At the request of the CEO of CDB and on approval of the Minister of Finance became actively involved in the Privatization Process of the Cyprus Development Bank in Nicosia, Cyprus from inception to final culmination resulting in the outright sale of the Bank to a group of investors.
