Subject: Annual General Meeting of Cpi Holdings Public Ltd

During the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of CPI holdings Public Ltd that took place on 30, December 2019:

• The Directors Report for the year 2018 and the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 were submitted and approved.
• Messrs Andreas Leonidou, Nikos Nikolaou, Antonis Antoniou and Savakis Konstandinou were re-elected as Board Members.
• Approved the appointment of auditors and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
