During the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of CPI holdings Public Ltd that took place on 18, October 2017:

• The Directors Report for the year 2016 and the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 were submitted and approved
• Messrs Andreas Leonidou ,Nikos Nikolaou and Antonis Antoniou were re-elected as Board Members. Mr Konstantinou Savvakis after being nominated for election was elected.
• The appointment of auditors and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration
