During the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of CPI holdings Public Ltd that took place on 23, September 2015:

• The Directors Report for the year 2014 and the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2014 were submitted and approved
• Messrs Andreas Leonidou ,Nikos Nikolaou, George Tsangaras and Antonis Antoniou were re-elected as Board Members.
• The appointment of auditors and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration
