Transforms Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare into State-of-the-Art 24x7 Pet Care & Wellness Centre Bengaluru, July 28, 2025: Zigly, India’s first tech-enabled omni-channel pet care brand announces the strategic acquisition of Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare, transforming it into Zigly’s new multi-speciality pet care centre in Whitefield, Bengaluru. This reinforces Zigly’s commitment to providing specialised and holistic pet care for pet parents across India. This acquisition is an important step forward in the company’s expansion plans and makes Zigly more competitive in the premium pet care market.

Zigly’s acquisition of Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare, a well-known veterinary clinic that has been serving pets in Bangalore for more than 5 years, generated revenues of Rs. 2.23 crores (unaudited) in FY 2024-25. The business transfer includes all its assets, customer database, employees, and operational infrastructure, ensuring seamless continuity of care for existing clients while expanding Zigly’s veterinary service capabilities.

Zigly’s new full-fledged multi-speciality pet hospital will offer 24x7 veterinary care including consultations, surgeries, diagnostics, ultrasounds, X-rays, and in-patient facilities alongside a premium grooming spa, and a curated selection of Applod, FurPro and Zigly Lifestyle-branded pet products.

The new Whitefield centre will be located at Plot No. 272/1, Present BBPM Katha No. 1375/113/219/2/1, (Old Converted Sy No. 39), situated at Pattandur Agrahara Village, Krishnarajapuram Hobli, earlier Bangalore South Taluk, now Bangalore East Taluk, Ambedkar Nagar, Whitefield. With this, Zigly now operates six centres across Bangalore in locations such as HSR Layout, JP Nagar, New Bel Road, Koramangala, Whitefield, and Karthik Nagar.
