In continuation of our earlier intimation dated November 12, 2025, regarding the execution of the Agreement with Filmax Corporation, Korea (Filmax) to form a Joint Venture Company in Korea, we would like to inform you that the Company and Filmax have since incorporated a Joint Venture Company named “Filmax Cosmo Korea Limited”, to undertake and carry out the distribution, sale and marketing of flexible packaging and other products manufactured by the two companies.
Cosmo and Filmax have subscribed to the initial paid up capital of the Company in the ratio of 50:50.
