Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Company has entered into ‘Security Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement’ with Hexa Sunshine Private Limited(SPV) and its holding company for acquisition of stake in the SPV, in connection with supply of Hybrid Renewable Power for the Company’s manufacturing plants at Gujrat on Group Captive consumer basis.

Detailed disclosure required under the Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is attached as Annexure I.
