With reference to our intimation dated May 20, 2021, we would like to inform you that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned Indian Subsidiary Company in the name of "Cosmo Speciality Polymers Private Limited". The details, as applicable, in terms of SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015, are provided below:
