Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that Mr. Piyush Gupta has been appointed as Business Head for Cosmo Speciality Chemicals Private Limited, (a ‘wholly owned subsidiary’) w.e.f. May 18, 2026. In addition, Mr. Gupta will continue to look after some part of his existing responsibilities with respect to export sales and marketing for Cosmo Films vertical of the Company.

The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is given herein below:

Mr. Gupta had done Mechanical Engineering from Moscow State Academy of Automobile and Tractor Machine Building, Moscow, Russia.
