Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III, we inform you that Mr. Hoshang Noshirwan Sinor (DIN: 00074905) has retired as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from May 21, 2025 on completion of his second consecutive term.

Further, pursuant to our intimation dated February 11, 2025 and March 26, 2025, the Board of Directors and shareholders, respectively appointed him as Non Executive Non Independent Director effective from May 22, 2025, liable to retire by rotation.
