Dear Sir,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that Mr. Anurag Chaube has been appointed as Vice President- Information Technology (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company.

Further, Mr. Sriram Arthanari, General Manager- Information Technology (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company has resigned due to personal reasons & relocation to hometown. The Company has accepted his resignation. He will be relieved from his duties w.e.f. close of business hours of November 28, 2025 (copy of resignation letter is attached).

The detailed disclosures as required under aforesaid regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are given below:
