Dear Sir,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that Mr. Kishore Shouche, Vice President-India Operations (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company has resigned for personal reasons as stated by him in his resignation letter. The Company has accepted his resignation. He will be relieved from his duties w.e.f. close of business hours of 02[nd] September, 2023.

The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, with regard to change in Senior Management Personnel is given herein below:
