CHANGE OF COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Director(s) ”) of COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Zhang Mingwen, an executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Executive Committee of the Company and a member of the Investment Strategy Committee of the Company with effect from 5 July 2022.
