CLARIFYING STATEMENT CONSIDERATION SHARES TO BE ISSUED

Liontown Resources Limited (ASX: LTR) (“Liontown” or the “Company”) advises that the announcement released earlier today contained an error in the number of shares to be issued by Core Exploration Limited (ASX: CXO) (“Core” or “CXO”) as part of the consideration for the Bynoe Lithium Project, NT (“Consideration Shares”).

The number of Consideration Shares to be issued to the Company is 39,232,025 (not 32,232,025 as previously announced) which represents 8.2% of Core’s issued capital.
