Oversubscribed Share Purchase Plan Closing Today

Core Exploration Limited (ASX: CXO and CXOOA) is pleased to advise that the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 6 October 2016 has been oversubscribed and is closing today in accordance with the previously announced timetable. Shares under the SPP will be issued on Thursday 3 November 2016. The Board of the Company wishes to thank its shareholders in supporting the capital raising.
