Core Lithium Ltd – Request for Suspension

Core Lithium Ltd ( Core or Company ) (ASX: CXO) requests a suspension to be placed on its securities immediately.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company advises that:

• (a) the suspension is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raise;

• (b) the Company requests that securities remain in suspension until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Wednesday 27 May 2020; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reasons why the suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
