TRADING HALT

The securities of Core Exploration Ltd (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 16 April 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Core Exploration Ltd – Request for Trading Halt

Core Exploration Ltd ( Core ) (ASX: CXO) requests a trading halt to be placed on its securities immediately.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

• (a) the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to capital raising activity;

• (b) the Company requests that securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Monday 16 April 2018; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
