Core Exploration Limited
TRADING HALT
The securities of Core Exploration Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Monday, 1 December 2014, or when the announcement is released to the market.

Core Exploration Limited Request for Trading Halt
The Directors of Core Exploration hereby request that an immediate trading halt be placed on its securities pending the release of an announcement in relation to a share placement.
The Company requests that securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Monday, 1 December 2014.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
