SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION
The securities of Core Exploration Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending an announcement with regard to a capital raising.

Core Exploration Limited Request for Suspension
The Directors of Core Exploration hereby request a voluntary suspension from quotation pending the release of an announcement in relation to finalising a share placement.
The Company Requests that that securities remain suspended until an announcement to the market regarding the transaction which is expected no later than end of Tuesday 11 December.
The Company is not aware of any reasons why the suspension should not be granted.
