COMPLETION OF DBL BLUES PTY LTD SHARE SALE AGREEMENT

Core Exploration Ltd (the Company ), having received a notice of satisfaction of conditions precedent from DBL Blues Pty Ltd, confirms the completion of the share sale agreement dated 10 November 2010 to acquire the entire issued capital of DBL Blues Pty Ltd and the issue of 2,500,000 ordinary fully paid shares thereunder to the shareholders of DBL Blues Pty Ltd.
