COMPLETION OF STURT EXPLORATION PTY LTD SHARE SALE AGREEMENT

Core Exploration Ltd (the Company ), having received a notice of satisfaction of conditions precedent from Sturt Exploration Pty Ltd, confirms the completion of the share sale agreement dated 10 November 2010 to acquire the entire issued capital of Sturt Exploration Pty Ltd and the issue of 8,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares and 4,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.25 expiring on 30 June 2014 thereunder to the shareholders of Sturt Exploration Pty Ltd.
