Withdrawal of 2012 AGM Resolution

Resolution 5 of the 2012 AGM was for the ratification of 500,000 shares issued in the preceding 12 month period. As the shares have not yet been issued, the Company withdraws this resolution.

The 500,000 shares are to be issued as part consideration for the Company’s earning of an interest in the Albarta project area in the Northern Territory. These shares will now be issued after the Annual General Meeting.
