CHANGE OF DIRECTOR INTEREST – MR XUAN JIAN

Attached is an Appendix 3Y notice relating to a change in the relevant interest in the Company’s securities of Mr Xuan Jian following the issue of fully paid ordinary shares as consideration for accrued directors and as approved by the Company’s shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 19 November 2020.

It was identified at the time of preparing the Appendix 3Y that an Appendix 3X Initial Director’s Interest Notice was not lodged with the ASX at the time of Mr Jian’s appointment on 28 August 2019. An Appendix 3X for Mr Jian is attached to this notice and discloses that Mr Jian had no interests in the Company’s securities at the time of his appointment. The failure to lodge the Appendix 3X was due to an administrative oversight by the Company Secretary.

The Company and its Directors are aware of their obligations under the ASX Listing Rules, including Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B. The Company believes that the above was an isolated incident. The Company will review its Securities Trading Policy and related procedures and will implement any changes necessary to ensure that similar inadvertent breaches of the policy do not occur in the future.
