Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office Address

Coppermoly Limited (ASX: COY) ("Coppermoly or the Company") advises of the appointment of Mr Brett Tucker as Company Secretary, effective today. Mr Tucker's appointment follows the resignation of joint company secretaries, Rowan Harland and Robbie Featherby effective today.

Mr Tucker is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience of providing compliance & advisory services to ASX-listed and private companies - with sizes from start-up stage through to ASX-300 - with a particular focus on junior exploration companies. Previously, Brett was a director of corporate advisory firm, Ventnor Capital which provided compliance services and acted as advisor and lead manager to numerous corporate initial public offerings and reverse takeovers.

Mr Tucker will be responsible for communications with ASX in relation to all Listing Rule matters in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
