RESIGNATION OF SHAWN ULDRIDGE AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Shawn Uldridge has resigned as Non-Executive Director of Coppermoly Limited, with effect from 14 August 2013. Mr Uldridge wishes to focus on other professional areas of interest. He has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 30 July 2012.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Uldridge for his valuable contributions to the Company.
