RETIREMENT OF DR. GEOFFREY W BOOTH AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dr Geoffrey W Booth has advised the Company of his intention to retire as Non-Executive Director of Coppermoly Limited with effect from the close of the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 13 November 2013.

Dr Booth has taken on a senior overseas positing which will be increasingly demanding of his time. The Board wishes to thank Dr Booth for his valuable contributions to the Company.
