EXTENSION OF NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT OFFER
Coppermoly Limited ( Coppermoly ) ( ASX: COY ) previously announced that it had resolved to undertake a non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise up to approximately $2,100,000 (before expenses), whereby Eligible Shareholders have been offered the opportunity to acquire one (1) new fully paid ordinary share in Coppermoly ( New Share ) for every three (3) fully paid ordinary shares in Coppermoly ( Shares ) held as at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 9 November 2023 ( Record Date ) at an issue price of $0.012 per New Share ( Offer ).
The Company advises that the closing date for the Offer will be extended from 24 November 2023 to 30 November 2023 at 5.00pm (Sydney time).
