Coppermoly Limited (ASX: COY) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Coppermoly Limited (‘COY’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of COY, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 31 May 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Coppermoly Limited – Request for Trading Halt

Coppermoly Limited (ASX:COY) requests that an immediate voluntary trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to its securities.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Coppermoly provides the following information:

1. The trading halt is requested by Coppermoly pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising.

2. Coppermoly requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising, or the commencement of trading on Friday, 31 May 2019.

3. Coppermoly is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
