NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT OFFER – EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE
Coppermoly Limited (“Coppermoly” or “the Company”; ASX: COY) advises that the Closing Date for the current non-renounceable Entitlement Offer announced on 23 November 2018 has been extended from Wednesday 12 December 2018 to Friday 21 December 2018.
Under the Entitlement Offer, each eligible shareholder is entitled to apply for one share for every three shares held at an issue price of $0.007 per share. Eligible Shareholders will also be entitled to subscribe for any New Shares that are not taken up by other Eligible Shareholders in accordance with the Offer (“Shortfall Offer”).
The revised indicative timetable for the Entitlement Offer is set out below. These dates are indicative only and Coppermoly reserves the right to vary these dates (subject to the Corporations Act and the ASX Listing Rules).
