COMPLETION OF NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT OFFER

Coppermoly Limited ACN 126 490 855 ( Coppermoly ) is pleased to announce that the nonrenounceable pro rata entitlement offer of one (1) new fully paid ordinary share in Coppermoly for every three (3) Coppermoly shares held at $0.007 per New Share to Eligible Shareholders closed on 21 December 2018 ( Offer ).

A total of 345,381,843 New Shares were taken up by Eligible Shareholders, raising $2,417,672.90.

It is anticipated that the allotment and issue of the New Shares for the rights subscribed for pursuant to the Offer will take place on 2 January 2019 and the dispatch of holding statements will take place on or around 3 January 2019.
