Issue of Unlisted Options

Further to the announcement made on 19 December 2014, Coppermoly Limited ( Coppermoly ) advises that it has today issued 21,963,933 Unlisted Options to Barrick (PD) Australia Limited, a nominee company of Barrick (PNG Exploration) Limited ( Barrick ). Each Unlisted Option is exercisable into one new fully paid ordinary share in Coppermoly at any time prior to 25 March 2017 at an exercise price of $0.03 (3 cents) ( Options ).

The Options were issued for no consideration and are in return for Barrick agreeing to waive the Condition Precedent to amending the Reacquisition Agreement between Coppermoly and Barrick.

The Options issued today were approved by Coppermoly Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 4 March 2015.

An Appendix 3B in respect of the security issues is attached below.

About Coppermoly

Coppermoly’s mineral exploration activities are focused entirely on the island of New Britain in Papua New Guinea where it holds six exploration licences. These licences cover copper, gold, silver, zinc, molybdenum and iron mineralisation. The tenements are Nakru, Simuku, Talelumas, Makmak, Powell and Wowonga.
