Coppermoly Limited - Request for Trading Halt

Coppermoly Limited ( Coppermoly ) hereby requests that the ASX grants a trading halt with respect to Coppermoly’s ordinary shares and quoted options.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

1. Coppermoly is seeking the trading halt pending the release of an announcement to the ASX regarding Coppermoly’s future funding arrangements.

2. Coppermoly requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

   • i. such time as Coppermoly makes an announcement to the market in relation to its future funding arrangements; or

   • ii. the commencement of trading on Tuesday 15 July 2014.

3. Coppermoly expects that the trading halt will be lifted when a further announcement is made to the ASX regarding Coppermoly’s future funding arrangements.

4. Coppermoly is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
