Coppermoly Limited Deferred Ordinary Fully Paid Shares

REINSTATEMENT TO OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The Deferred Ordinary Fully Paid Shares of Coppermoly Limited (the “Company”) (ASX Code: COYN) will be reinstated to the official quotation at the commencement of trading on Monday, 9 September 2013 following the Takeovers Panel’s announcement on 20 August 2013 with regards to the Company’s rights issue announced to the market on 26 June 2013.
