MAILOUT TO SHAREHOLDERS

A Prospectus containing a 1 for 2 Non-renounceable Entitlements Issue of shares at 5 cents each, with one free option (7 cent, expiry 1 December 2011) accompanying every two new shares allotted, was mailed to shareholders today along with personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Forms.
