APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARIES

Coppermoly Limited (ASX: COY) (“Coppermoly” or “the Company”) , a Queensland focused copper gold exploration company, advises of the appointment of Mr Robbie Featherby and Mr Rowan Harland as Joint Company Secretaries of Coppermoly effective 5 February 2025, replacing Mr Craig McPherson and Ms Sarah Smith following their resignations.

Mr Featherby and Mr Harland will be responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters, pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.
