APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Coppermoly Limited (ASX: COY) ( Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Holywell as a non-executive director, effective 1 November 2024. Mr Holywell has been nominated by the Company’s major shareholder, Hongkong Ausino Investment Limited, a company owned and controlled by Dr Fu Minlu, a Perth based mineral explorer.

Mr Holywell has twenty years of experience in accounting, finance and corporate governance, including employment at Deloitte and Patersons (now Canaccord Genuity) as well as director, company secretary and CFO roles. He has held roles with various companies particularly in the resources, technology, finance and health sectors. Recent roles within the resources sector as director or company secretary include Norfolk Metals Ltd, Si6 Metals Ltd, Redcastle Resources Ltd, De Grey Mining Ltd and Alto Metals Ltd. Mr Holywell is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
