APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY/CFO

Coppermoly Ltd is pleased to announce that Mr Craig McPherson has been appointed as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer with effect from 4 July 2022. Craig replaces Mr Stephen Kelly who decided to pursue other interests. The Company thanks Stephen for his services over the last 4 years.

Craig has over twenty years experience in business administration and statutory reporting across the mineral industry. He is a certified public accountant (CPA), and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
