APPOINTMENT OF MR XUAN JIAN AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Coppermoly Ltd advises that Mr Xuan Jian has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Jian is a qualified geophysicist, property valuer and is a certified public accountant (China). Mr Jian has significant international experience in the resources and investment sectors.
The Company’s Chairman, Kevin Grice commented, “We welcome Mr Xuan’s appointment to the Board. His technical and financial expertise and international experience will enable Mr Juan to provide valuable input into the Company’s strategy for the development of its highly prospective project portfolio.”
