CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Coppermoly Ltd ( Coppermoly or the Company ) advises the appointment of Stephen Kelly as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, replacing Paul Schultz. The Board of Coppermoly wishes to express its gratitude to Paul Schultz for his work with the Company over the last 5 years.
Stephen Kelly is a qualified Australian Chartered Accountant. He has more than 25 years’ international experience in the areas of external and internal audit, risk management and compliance, treasury and corporate finance across a range of industry sectors including mining, infrastructure, property development, and banking and finance. Stephen Kelly has served as the Company Secretary and CFO for companies listed on the ASX, TSX and the London Stock Exchange.
Paul Schultz will continue in a support role with the Company until the end of the month, and as needed after that, to make the transition as seamless as possible.
