APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Coppermoly Ltd is pleased to announce that Mr Paul Schultz has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 3 February 2014.

Paul is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business degree. He has over twenty years experience in business administration and statutory reporting. He has a professional background in commercial accounting and public practice. He is also a graduate and associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Paul has been the Chief Financial Officer of Coppermoly Ltd since July 2013.
