Appointment of interim Chairman

Following the resignation of Mr Tom Revy as Chairman of Coppermoly Ltd on 11 March 2014 the board have unanimously resolved to appoint Maurice Gannon as interim Chairman, effective immediately.

Mr Gannon will continue in his role as Managing Director.
