Clarification of Today’s Earlier Announcement

Coppermoly Limited (Coppermoly) refers to the earlier announcement today regarding Board changes at Coppermoly.

That announcement, erroneously, referred to Mr Kevin Grice as holding the position of General Manager and Chief Financial Officer at Highlands Pacific Limited.

Coppermoly wishes to clarify that Mr Grice was Chief Financial Officer of Highlands Pacific Limited and did not hold the position of General Manager.
