Update on corporate transaction discussions

23 July 2019 – IoT development and solutions company, CCP Technologies Limited (“CCP” or “the Company”) (ASX:CT1) advises that in regard to the potential corporate transaction discussions noted in the ASX announcement released 17 July 2019, the Company has withdrawn from those discussions. The Company confirms that there were, and are no binding commercial terms in place in respect to the potential transaction. The Company has chosen to focus on other commercial and potential corporate opportunities and will update the market in accordance with its disclosure obligations.
