Director Appointment

Constellation Technologies (ASX:CT1) ("the Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Zhigang Zhang as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective as of 7th May 2026.

Mr Zhigang Zhang is an internationally recognised executive, entrepreneur and thought leader with more than 40 years of experience across industrial operations in China and international markets. Over the course of his career, he has led complex engineering and infrastructure initiatives, driven operational excellence, and guided organisations through large-scale transformation. He is widely respected for his strategic insight, strong leadership capability and ability to deliver long-term value in industrial and engineering-focused enterprises.

Mr Zhang previously held senior executive roles, including Chief Engineer and General Manager, within a well-known Chinese industrial organisation. In these positions, he was responsible for leading large-scale engineering operations, overseeing complex technical programmes, and managing multidisciplinary teams. His tenure demonstrated strong operational leadership, deep engineering expertise, and the ability to guide organisations through strategic and technological development.
