Description

The securities of CCP Technologies Limited (‘CT1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CT1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 11 December 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

CCP Technologies Limited (ASX:CT1) (“The Company”) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in respect of the Company’s listed securities.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

• The trading halt is sought in relation to the finalisation of a material agreement.

• The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement concerning the details of the agreement, and the commencement of trading on Tuesday the 10[th] of December 2019, unless the Company requests that the trading halt be lifted before that time.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
