Appointment / resignation of Company Secretary and CFO
17 December 2019 – CCP Technologies Limited is very pleased to advise that Ms Terri Bakos has been appointed as Company Secretary effective today and will commence as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a part-time basis from 1 January 2019.
Ms Bakos has over 20 years’ experience providing company secretarial, financial accounting and compliance services to ASX listed and unlisted public companies in the technology, mining and biotech sectors.
The Board is very pleased to welcome Ms Bakos to the Company and also thanks the outgoing Joint Company Secretaries, Mr Phillip Hain for his services that included the CFO function, as well as Adam Gallagher who relinquishes the role to focus on his executive duties as Chief Executive Officer.
