CLEANSING NOTICE – SHARE PURCHASE PLAN NOTICE UNDER ASIC CLASS ORDER 09/425

CCP Technologies Limited ACN 009 213 745 (ASX: CT1) (Company) will make offers to issue shares under a share purchase plan without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act).

This Cleansing Notice is being given in accordance with ASIC Class Order 09/425.

As at the date of this Cleansing Notice, the Company has complied with:

• (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

• (b) the provisions of Section 674 of the Act.

As at the date of this Cleansing Notice, there is no information which is excluded information (in accordance with the requirements of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act as if this Cleansing Notice were a notice under section 708A(e) of the Act).
