Constellation Technologies Leadership Change

Constellation Technologies (ASX: CT1 ) (“the Company ”) wishes to announce that Adam Gallagher has today stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and director.

In the last two years Adam has been instrumental in expanding the Company’s product base, securing new customers and channel partners, and providing the foundation for growth.

Adam has helped the Company to rebuild its balance sheet and navigate a strategic repositioning from offering a point solution to a global platform provider with an international footprint in the rapidly expanding IoT market.

Adam is pleased to be passing the baton to his natural successor Kartheek Munigoti. Kartheek is the original founder, significant shareholder and the inventor of the Company’s technologies. He has assumed the role of Director and CEO to continue to execute on the Company’s expansive IoT and digital solutions strategy.

CT1 Chairman, Leath Nicholson said,

“Adam helped bring the company back to life, giving it the vision, team and strategy to set it up for a great future. Over the same tenure Kartheek has excelled in stepping up from CTO to General Manager in preparation to now take on the CEO role.

In accordance with LR 3.16.4 the Company confirms that Mr Munigoti’s remuneration Package remains at $156,000 pa with a termination period of 6 months. There are no other material terms.
