Công ty Cổ phần S.P.M (mã CK: SPM) giải trình kết quả hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh năm 2025 như sau: S.P.M Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: SPM) hereby explains the business performance results for the year 2025 as follows:

Trong kỳ bán niên 2025, Công ty ghi nhận lợi nhuận sau thuế 3,214.47 triệu đồng, cải thiện so với mức lỗ 5,085.67 triệu đồng cùng kỳ năm 2024. Sự cải thiện chủ yếu đến từ:

In the semi-annual period of 2025, the Company recorded a net profit after tax of VND 3,214.47 million, an improvement compared to a net loss of VND 5,085.67 million in the same period of 2024. The improvement was mainly due to:

Lợi nhuận gộp tăng nhờ giá vốn hàng bán giảm mạnh hơn mức giảm doanh thu.
Increase in gross profit as cost of goods sold decreased more significantly than net revenue.
Chi phí hoạt động giảm ở hầu hết các khoản mục chính như chi phí bán hàng, chi phí quản lý và chi phí tài chính.
Reduction in operating expenses across major categories such as selling expenses, administrative expenses, and financial expenses.

Sau kiểm toán, chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp tăng 48,64% chủ yếu do bổ sung khoản chi phí dự phòng nợ khó đòi chưa phản ánh trước kiểm toán, dẫn đến lợi nhuận sau thuế giảm 55,77%.

After the audit, administrative expenses increased by 48.64%, mainly due to the addition of provision for doubtful debts that had not been recorded before the audit, resulting in a 55.77% decrease in net profit after tax.

Thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp giảm 25,20% do lợi nhuận tính thuế giảm theo điều chỉnh chi phí nêu trên.

Corporate income tax decreased by 25.20% as taxable profit was reduced following the above expense adjustment.
